《Take Me Home, Country Roads》也常被简称为《Country Roads》，旋律大家应该很熟悉吧，算是约翰·丹佛最有名的一首歌了。这首1971年发行的乡村民谣经典，也在吉卜力的《侧耳倾听》等文艺作品中大活跃（片尾曲《カントリー・ロード》），还有个恶搞的中文译名——回家走国道。
