【垃圾圣女】騎進宜蘭，泡進蘇澳

放個上週家族旅遊拍的貓咪照片開場：

這趟從台北一路騎到宜蘭、再到宜蘭蘇澳泡冷泉，從夜騎北濱到日出海景，再到冬山伯朗大道，最後收尾在蘇澳的阿里史冷泉裸湯。算是作為雙塔前的幾次長距離訓練之一。
當天騎乘路線如下：我家、南港、汐止新臺五路、六七堵、暖暖、瑞芳瑞八公路、北部濱海公路、礁溪、宜蘭市、羅東、五結、冬山三奇美徑（冬山伯朗大道）、蘇澳冷泉公園、阿里史冷泉、蘇澳車站。
夜騎的驚魂開場：出門的時候才發現車前燈完全沒電，應該是這顆前燈不支援快充，所以在公司充了一天等於沒充。夜間騎在瑞八公路與北部濱海公路真的非常黑，只能靠夜視能力加上手機手電筒，再搭配路燈、對向來車燈，以及路上大車遠燈來幫忙照明。坦白說，若沒有這些光源，夜騎北濱會非常吃力，也更有風險。
天亮後的北濱：海景真的很療癒，天亮後，整個騎乘感受瞬間變得輕鬆許多。邊騎邊看海，腦袋很快清醒，白天的北濱也比夜間更舒服，海風與海景讓人一路補血，騎起來相當愜意，但也意味著溫度正逐漸升高，氣溫也越來越熱了。
宜蘭冬山三奇美徑（冬山伯朗大道）：到了冬山三奇美徑後才發現這次來錯時間，稻作剛收完，所以沒有綠油油或金黃色稻田。雖然少了期待中的稻田畫面，但道路與周遭景色仍然很美，適合慢慢騎、放空、拍照，整體氛圍依然舒服。
蘇澳阿里史冷泉：抵達蘇澳後，這次選擇阿里史冷泉的男裸湯，主要原因是不用換泳裝就能泡。整體氛圍滿舒服，但設備相對陽春，基本上就是淋浴空間加上一個浴池。當天入場沒多久就只剩我一個人，直接獨享裸湯大約三十分鐘，真的很愜意，也因此拍了不少照片。後來有一位阿伯進來，又一起泡了半小時後才離場。
離場後因為不想弄濕卡鞋，就先在外面打赤腳曬太陽，讓身體慢慢回溫，也順便休息一下。

出門的時候才發現車前燈沒有電了，應該是這顆前燈沒有支援快速充電，所以在公司充了1天結果等於沒用，沿路很黑只能靠著夜視能力還有路燈還有對向來車燈來幫我照明，夜間的北部濱海公路其實真的超黑，感謝路上大車的遠燈幫我照明終於天亮：
